Beluga

Beluga is a restaurant of modern Russian cuisine with the unique collection of Russian delicacies, a Michelin star winner. For many years it has been included in the list of the best restaurants in the world La Liste, as well as the restaurant guide Great List. The restaurant is located in the five-star National Hotel, on the second floor. Spacious halls in Russian style, a bar counter in the form of a giant crystal caviar bowl designed by Anastasia Panibratova, chandeliers made of Bohemian crystal sparkling with a billion lights, panoramic windows and a view of the heart of Moscow outlined by the Kremlin towers – the unconcealed luxury of the gem of the Rappoport Restaurants group. The interior is complemented by ironic art of modernity – a panel depicting Russian beauties in kokoshniks, taking selfies, made by the Recycle art group.
