The idea to create a restaurant came from Alexander Kravtsov, creator of the brand «Expedition», during an extreme expedition to the Polar Urals. Together with the team Kravtsov was 40 km further from the planned location, and without food and water they had to reach the goal for a few days. On the way they talked a lot about the cuisine and traditions of the northern peoples - so the idea was born to create a restaurant. June 14, 2002 in the center of Moscow opened the first restaurant of Northern cuisine «Expedition». Restaurant «Expedition» is more than 20 years old. Once the first restaurant of northern cuisine in Moscow, but today is a legend and point of attraction for Muscovites and guests of the capital. The restaurant is located in the center of Moscow. Just a 15-minute walk from the park «Zairier» you are waiting in the most atmospheric restaurant of the capital, in the spirit of camping romanticism.
