FUTURE OF TOURISM

The annual award for those who develop tourism with respect for nature, the territory, and people. It has been held since 2023. Nomination categories for 2026 Ecology: the best eco‑hotel, eco‑route, eco‑retreat hotel, eco‑event, project of the future at the start. Creative economy: the new life of a historical facility and the restoration of cultural heritage sites, ethnocultural project, creative industries in tourism, social project, industrial code. Inclusion: inclusive hotel, inclusive route, inclusive public space. Sustainable development: sustainable development management, lean production. Health, well‑being and wellness: eco‑friendly spa and wellness centre, well‑being programme, natural health code. Gastronomy and agritourism: gastronomic identity of the region, green cuisine and zero waste, enogastronomic heritage, agritourism in harmony with nature. Infrastructure, digital solutions, “Regions of Russia”. What makes the award different Each nominee receives detailed feedback from the jury: what works well, what needs improvement, and where to go next. The evaluation is carried out by an independent jury of industry experts. The organizers do not participate in the evaluation. The criteria for each category are published in advance. The application serves as a systematization tool: participants say they are gathering their practices into a single picture for the first time. Participation does not end on the evening of the ceremony. Nominees become part of a community, receive publications, and participate in conferences throughout the year. Who participates. Accommodation facilities, resorts, food service establishments, tour operators and creators of custom tours, guides, agricultural complexes, wineries, museums and sightseeing sites, event agencies, public spaces, regions, and industrial companies.
