Sangre Fresca

Sangre Fresca—translated as "fresh blood"—was a deliberate choice, and not just for the fresh accents on the food and cocktail menu. The restaurant aims to inject new energy into the capital's culinary scene, combining edgy bar traditions, spirited Mexican accents, and the same European aesthetic detail that guests appreciate at Moscow's best establishments. The interior is understated and decorated in pastel tones. A bar counter overlooking the open kitchen occupies the center of the room. Starters include quesadillas with truffle ricotta, crab burritos with guacamole, and a variety of tacos, while main courses include octopus with Mexican rice, leg of lamb with corn risotto, and salmon with romesco sauce.
