SHE is a Wellbeing Bistro. The restaurant’s cuisine can be described as Mediterrasian, a hybrid of Italian and Japanese. Every detail focus on achieving wellbeing state — a sense of harmony with everything that all around us every single day and is an integral part of life. The restaurant she pushes us be more self-aware, ethical and environmental person. At first glance, the interior of this two-level space seems a bit gloomy due to the abundance of concrete, glass, and rough loft finishes. But after just a few minutes, your attention is drawn to details that imbue the room with a special harmony: a huge natural stone chandelier, approximately five meters long, warm lamp lighting, the regularity of the forms and the clarity of the lines. The restrained eco-friendly decor and the absence of colorful elements are part of the project's philosophy, aimed at achieving complete harmony with ourselves and the world around us every day.
