Twelve Reasons Hotel

The chamber hotel is a restored 19th-century sculpture workshop filled with history and glamour. The XII Reasons Hotel is tucked into historical mansion, which is an object of cultural heritage of the architect K. Duvanov. The first mention of the historical building dates back to the 1760-1770s. In 1892, a peasant from the Vladimir province, Philip Panteleevich Panteleev, acquired the mansion from a public auction. Panteleev kept a sculpture studio, so the key design element of the mansion is stucco that richly decorates the facade, the ceilings and walls of hotel rooms.
