During the 6th OTOAI Convention participants discussed the prospects for the development of tourist exchange between Russia and India, as well as issues of ensuring a high level of service and a comfortable stay for Indian guests in Moscow.

An introductory program was organized for foreign participants with visits to the main routes and attractions of the Russian capital, which allowed them to assess the tourist potential of the city in practice and use their impressions when creating new tourist products for the Indian market.

The business program of the OTOAI Convention opened with a panel discussion "Ecosystem of travel: creating conditions for improving the customer experience of an intelligent tourist", which was attended by the heads of Indian companies and representatives of the Tourism industry.

The participants discussed the key elements of the tourism infrastructure that provide a high level of service for demanding guests from India.

In the afternoon, the thematic sessions "Creating the future of Intelligent Travel" and "AI as a Navigator: expanding planning horizons, managing customer behavior and improving the traveler's experience" were held.

The business program also included B2B negotiations and presentations by leading travel companies, which allowed participants to exchange experiences, find new partners and discuss the prospects for the development of the tourism industry.
